Forge a sharper agent.
Ahjola is the smithy for your ~/.claude: it shows what every skill, agent and command silently adds to each prompt, keeps history for files git never sees, and tells you when the config you copied from somewhere has moved on without you.

What's inside
Your agent config is a codebase. Treat it like one.
Dead weight, priced
Claude reads your config on every single prompt. Ahjola prices each skill, agent and command in tokens per turn — and dollars per month — so the dead weight you forgot about stops taxing every request.
History where git isn't
~/.claude lives outside version control. Ahjola records every change automatically — in-app edits and external ones caught on scan — so when a tweak breaks your setup, you diff and restore instead of guessing.
Forks that don't rot
Most config is forked from somewhere — a teammate, a repo, a gist. Ahjola remembers where each artifact came from and flags when the source moves on, or when your copy quietly diverged from it.
Local-first
Ahjola reads ~/.claude in place — files and version history never upload. The cloud only ever sees what you explicitly share: published bundles and team sync, which compares content hashes, not contents.
How it works
Three moves, no ceremony.
- 01
Connect
Point Ahjola at ~/.claude. One folder pick, remembered across visits — symlinked setups included.
- 02
Audit
See what every artifact costs per turn, what's duplicated, and what never gets used.
- 03
Prune & publish
Archive safely with full version history, or bundle artifacts — dependencies resolved — for your team.
Free for your own machine.
Everything local is free, forever. Pro adds private bundles; Business adds team workspaces with drift detection and approval workflows.
